I would buy again
I bought this to replace my Protect-A-Bed cover that I've had on my sons bed for 8 years. After 8 years, it finally fell apart in the washing machine. So this was the replacement cover I purchased. I purchased a cover from my local store and did not like how slick it was...the sheets would not stay on the bed. So I decided to order the same one online. I'm glad I did! The sheets stay on and the mattress is protected. The only improvement I would make is that on our original cover, there was a "felt" top which was very soft. This cover does not have the felt top just "sheet-like". Still a very good purchase. Does not have a plastic feel or make you sweat.

Disappointed with the Queen Basic
A few years ago my Mother gave me a ProtectABed mattress cover that worked very well. I bought the Queen Basic because I thought it would get the same quality mattress cover. I'm not satisfied with the Queen Basic because it looks and feels like a basic plastic mattress cover. It does not appear to have the jersey knit polyester fabric on top as advertised. As you can see by the pictures the top and bottom look the same. Also the website listed the depth of the Queen Basic as 18" however the label on the box says 14" (see picture). This will not even fit my bed. Very Disappointed indeed..

Waterproof Mattress Pad Protector
I had been asked to try this mattress pad protector for my honest opinion. I am really glad I did because first of all I had been interested in getting one and also I really needed one, not to mention the benefits of having it. So, anyway, I like the way it feels as far as the material. It fit securely on my bed and around the corners nicely and stayed in place all night. I slept really good with it too. It gave a whole new feeling to the bed. Lastly, my dog likes to come up on my bed. Lately he has been licking his paws and he did that while on my bed leaving a big wet spot on all my blankets. Thank goodness for the mattress cover because my mattress stayed dry!

FIRST I DO HAVE A COMPUTER TO TRACK MY ITEM.RECEIVED AN E MAIL SUNDAY SAYING ITEM IS TO BE DELIVERED.WELL I NEVER RECEIVED IT .USPS HE OR SHE SAID THAT THEY LEFT A NOTE FOR ME.NEVER FOUND THE NOTE.HAD TO REQUEST A REDELIVERY FOR MONDAY.I CK MY E MAIL TODAY MONDAY SAYS USPS LEFT PACKAGE ON FRONT PORCH.I LIVE IN A GATED COMMUNITY IN ORDER TO GET TO MY MAIL BOX YOU HAVE TO CALL ME ON THE PHONE IN THE FOYER.I WAS HOME ALL DAY SUNDAY NO ONE CALLED.THE PORCH HE OR SHE LEFT THIS PACKAGE ON IS NO WHERE NEAR THE MAILBOXES.I SHOULD BE REFUNDED MY EXPIDITED FEE OF $13.91 AND USPS NEEDS TO DO THERE JOB CORRECTLY.THIS IS MY LAST ONLINE ORDER.VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER

Fake Warranty
Don't bother! A company offering a protection item that has SO many stipulations in actually claiming a warranty is a huge red flag. I've had this mattress pad for 4 yrs, and recently it started failing. My mattress is now ruined and since I didn't make my claim within the first 5 days, and since I cleaned it myself they won't help clean my mattress or replace it. Seems to me they know their product is bad, or they wouldn't have such ridiculous rules. As if anyone wouldn't clean their mattress immediately if urine gets on it. Geez. SO poor. Awful company doing that to its customers. Shame on you.

I was so glad to be able to try this because I spent $100 on my previous one that didn't work. I was concerned that it was going to be loud like all the other ones that I've tried but it wasn't, it was surprisingly quiet. The previous ones that I've owned were loud, the plastic would rip and would melt in the dryer. This one doesn't do any of those things. It''s also thinner than the other ones I've used. The fabric is soft and isn't hot while you're laying on it or sleeping. I like it and think it works great, would definitely buy this for my kids beds.

Always trust the product
My mother became disability and she is living with me. She sometimes has an "accident" on the bed. I'm so glad that the bed protector protects mattress 100%. No mess no smell ! i had different product before but that was not good as this. I purchased Full XL this time for Japanese bed. We are taking it to Japan. Too bad, they don't have a japanese bed size cover so I choose bigger size. All beds in our house have Protect a Bed. That's how I trust.

Protect Your Bed With Protect A Bed!
I was selected to review the Protect A Bed Basic Pad Mattress Protector and couldn't have been more impressed. I have tried several mattress protectors in the past and none have fit my deep mattress as well as the Protect a Bed Basic Pad Mattress Protector. The mattress protector not only stayed in place but was soft while still being waterproof which fits my needs. My 4 year old heard it was waterproof and immediately poured his cup of water on the mattress protector. I am relieved to say I was able to wipe the water right off. I was not aware of the Protect a Bed Basic Pad Mattress Protector before reviewing it but was so impressed that I will purchase one for each bed in my household. I highly recommend the Protect a Bed Basic Pad Mattress Protector.
