Great pillow
I've just received my pillows and WOW! they're just what I wanted. The pillows are just like the ones I slept on at an IHG hotel in New York, I loved those pillows, I'm sure I'll love these. They come flat as a pancake but once you fluff them up, they keep their form. I'm ordering more of them. One thing though, i did not receive my free bamboo bed protector, as promised, with my order. (((

Great for back & side sleepers
I would classify this high-quality pillow to be of medium firmness, with even distribution of cushion that makes sleeping on either your back or your side very comfortable. The description says it should work for stomach sleepers also, but I don't sleep on my stomach, so I can't speak to that.

Very nice pillow
I am a side sleeper and this pillow is great. It has enough give while still supporting my neck and head. It seems to be very breathable... It doesn't retain a lot of heat during the night which is nice. I highly recommend!

Great Disappointment !
Totally disappointed with these pillows- they are flat as pancakes when I took them out of the box. They were not the same pillows that I asked customer service similar to a Marriott hotel that I stayed at. There’s not enough stuffing in them. Although on sale - they costs $45 a piece - so I guess I’m out $90. This is my first time to order from this company and I
hope they have easy return policy.
