The www.hollandersleepproducts.com web site and the www.hollander.com web site (collectively and singularly the “Site”) are owned, operated and maintained by Hollander Sleep Products, LLC which does business as Hollander or Hollander Sleep Products. Sometimes we refer to Hollander Sleep Products as the “Company” “we” “us” or “our.”
At Hollander Sleep Products we are committed to protecting the privacy of our users and customers. Therefore, we do not sell or rent our customers’ User Information to any third party. Further, we do not share your User Information with any third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
Personal information is data about you that can be used by itself, or combined with other information, to identify you personally. We collect this information directly from you when you provide it to us. We may also receive information about you from other sources.
When you create a user account, wedding or gift registry, or purchase a product from the Site, we collect information which will include your name, e mail, phone number, shipping and billing address, credit card information, and other information you affirmatively provide. Security of the Information You Provide
Among our top priorities is keeping your User/Personal Information secure.
